Information we collect

Chancey collects account information, eligibility information such as birthday, saved ticket details, app preferences, operational logs, and support details you choose to send us.

Ticket scans

Ticket images are processed to read numbers and draw details. When on-device recognition is inconclusive, Chancey may use a third-party provider to assist with recognition. Chancey does not use ticket images to sell advertising.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, check ticket status, sync preferences, prevent abuse, debug issues, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
