Scanning tickets
Use steady light, hold the ticket flat, and avoid glare. If scanning misses a number, enter the numbers manually and verify the final saved ticket before relying on it.
Results and claims
Chancey helps compare saved numbers to published draw results, but official lottery operators remain the source of truth. Winning tickets must be claimed through the lottery that issued the ticket.
Accounts and subscriptions
Sign in to sync preferences and saved tickets. Paid features, where available, are managed through the platform or checkout provider used for purchase.
